One trailer, one event per day so every date we hold is a date we can't offer someone else. This policy exists to be fair to both sides.
Deposit & payment
50% down locks your date. Date is not held without it.
Balance (50%) is due the day of the event unless your written quote says otherwise.
We accept all major credit cards through Square.
All payments via Square invoice or Square checkout when available.

Full balance due. Credit of 50% toward a future event within 6 months, subject to availability.
Weather policy
We serve rain or shine. Exceptions:
Lightning within 10 miles of the event site per OSHA/NOAA guidance, we suspend service until the storm passes. We will NOT set up generators or serve during active lightning.
Sustained winds above 25 mph tent/canopy setups may be unsafe. We'll consult with you about moving to a drop-off format or rescheduling.
Heavy rain or flooding at the venue if the venue is inaccessible by trailer, we'll work with you on a rain date.
Temperatures below 35F or above 100F drinks may not stay frozen/cold; service may be curtailed. We'll discuss before your event if a forecast warrants this.
Winter storm warnings issued by the National Weather Service within 24 hours of your event we reserve the right to postpone for crew safety.
If WE cancel for safety: you get a free reschedule within 12 months OR a 100% refund of the amount paid your choice.
Rain dates
For outdoor events, we recommend booking a rain date at the time of original booking. Rain dates are held (if available) at no extra charge and only activated if the original date is rained out by mutual agreement at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling fees
1st reschedule: free (if within policy windows above).
2nd reschedule: $50 admin fee.
3rd+ reschedule: treated as a new booking, original date-hold payment forfeited.
Venue-side cancellations
If your venue cancels on you (double-booking, venue closure, etc.), we treat it as a client-initiated cancellation per the table above. Some venues carry cancellation insurance check with them.
Force majeure
For events outside either party's control (government shutdown, natural disaster, pandemic restrictions, etc.), we'll work with you in good faith on a reschedule. Date-hold payments may be held as a credit for up to 24 months in these cases.
Travel fee
We travel free within 20 miles of Bloomington/Normal. For events located more than 20 miles outside our home area, a $100 Extended Travel Fee is added to your quote. This fee covers extended drive time, fuel, and ensures our team arrives fully stocked, set up, and ready to serve no matter where you're celebrating in Central Illinois.
