Book as soon as graduation date is known  typically January or February for May/June parties. Memorial Day and weekends in May are the most competitive dates of our year.
Yes  we print custom menu cards with the graduate's photo, school colors, and signature drink names ('Class of 2026 Special', 'Future Engineer Fizz', etc.). $50-100 for custom cards depending on quantity.
Our standard 2-hour package covers the peak window. For larger parties (50+ guests across the afternoon), we recommend 3-4 hours so latecomers get drinks too.
Yes  that's our standard model. All drinks are non-alcoholic, which makes us a great fit for parties with both kids and adults, or parties where you don't want to deal with alcohol service.
Yes  we've handled joint grad parties where 3-4 families share the trailer for one combined event. Pricing is the same as a single booking; you split the cost among families.
Often  U of I, ISU, Bradley, Eureka College, and Lincoln College graduations all fall in our service area. Department-level grad celebrations, fraternity/sorority events, and family parties are all booked through our standard process.
